Summary
This website collects the details you choose to give us when you request early access, and uses them only to contact you about TurnGraph. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use advertising trackers.
What we collect
When you request early access, we collect:
- your work email address;
- your company name, if you provide it;
- the phone numbers or lines you tell us your agent calls, if you provide them;
- how you found us, such as the campaign tag in the link you followed or the website that referred you.
Like most websites, our hosting provider processes standard technical information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and secure the site. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits and see which websites send us visitors. It does not use cookies.
How we use it
- to contact you about early access to TurnGraph;
- to decide which phone menus to map first;
- to understand which channels bring us interested teams.
Where it is stored
Your information is stored with the service providers that host our website and database, and is shared with the team chat tool we use to be notified of new requests. They process it on our behalf and only to provide their services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while early access is running, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, reply to any email you receive from us.
The phone lines we map
TurnGraph maps the automated menus of customer-service phone lines. Our crawler does not provide personal information on these calls and ends a call when a line asks for it.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date.
